Technical Support Position
AwesomeNet, Inc. is looking for a Call Center technician for our local
support call center in Corpus Christi, TX. The position is a part-time
to full-time position with a possibility to be hired on full-time
permanently after an evaluation period.
Experience:
Required one year call center experience, a working knowledge of
Microsoft/Windows operating systems 98 through Vista, a working knowledge
of Internet Explorer and Outlook Express, and an understanding of
dialup components including the 56k dialup modem and the software drivers associated with it.
Fluent Spanish bilingual applicants will receive added consideration.
Applicants must be available during the day from 9 am to 5 pm Monday
through Friday and Saturdays from 10 am to 6 pm. Schedules are made
based upon AwesomeNet's needs.
